Whether catering the executive suites and meeting spaces within Target Center, at wedding receptions, business meetings, birthday or anniversary parties, or themed events like barbeques or clam bakes, A Chef’s Production will provide a truly memorable experience that is guaranteed to exceed all your expectations.
 The head chef of A Chef’s Production is Steve Byrne who has over 25 years of experience in the catering and hospitality industries. Throughout his career, Chef Byrne has catered many high profile, star-studded events and concerts. These include a barbeque for Nelson Mandela in Capetown, South Africa, a birthday party for Elton John in Amsterdam, and a concert celebrating the Berlin Wall coming down in Germany. He has also done a cooking exhibition at the World Music Awards in Monte Carlo, catered an event for 2000 VIP’s and performers at Knebworth, outside of London, and even revamped a restaurant menu for Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones.
